^ An eligible subscription order is an order that is automatically created by the Subscribe & Earn program. One time subscription bonus points up to a total of 16,000 PC Optimum™ points available to customers who have completed their 1st, 3rd and 5th eligible "Subscribe & Earn" orders (1000, 5000 and 10,000 points, respectively). 1st eligible order is defined as the first eligible order after the customer has signed up to the "Subscribe & Earn" program. Eligible order must be $30 value or above. PC Express™ Pass holders (both monthly and annual) who have completed their 1st, 3rd and 5th eligible "Subscribe & Earn" orders can earn up to a total of 32,000 points (2000, 10,000 and 20,000 points, respectively). Bonus amounts and eligible orders subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. You must be a PC Express™ Pass customer at the time of placing your eligible Subscribe & Earn order to be eligible for the additional bonus points. Subscribing to PC Express™ Pass after completing an eligible order will not make you eligible for additional bonus points.
