• CAUTION: TO PROLONG THE LIFE AND APPEARANCE OF YOUR PAN, WE RECOMMEND TO WASH BY HAND AFTER EACH USE. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS, STEEL WOOL, OR SCOURING PADS. RESIDUAL FOOD AND GREASE WILL BURN AND MAY CAUSE STAINING WHEN REHEATED. DO NOT CUT DIRECTLY IN THE PAN. TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR COOKWARE, ALWAYS COOK ON MEDIUM OR LOW HEAT. AVOID SUDDEN TEMPERATURE CHANGES SUCH AS RUNNING COLD WATER INTO A HOT PAN OR PLACING A HOT PAN ON A COLD SURFACE. USE PLASTIC, NYLON, OR WOODEN UTENSILS SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE NON-STICK SURFACE. DO NOT USE COOKING SPRAYS AS THEY MAY REDUCE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE NON-STICK SURFACE.
• WARNING: DO NOT USE IN THE OVEN, MICROWAVE, OR UNDER A BROILER. LEAVING EMPTY COOKWARE ON CONTINUOUS HIGH HEAT COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, DISCOLOURATION, WARPING, OR MELTING. USE RANGE ELEMENT OF SIMILAR DIAMETER TO COOKWARE BOTTOM. ADJUST GAS FLAME SO THAT IT DOES NOT EXTEND UP THE SIDES OF THE COOKWARE. TO AVOID HOT SPILLS AND INJURY, HANDLE SHOULD NOT EXTEND BEYOND EDGE OF RANGE. HANDLES MAY BECOME HOT DURING USE; ALWAYS USE A POT HOLDER OR OVEN MITT. DO NOT SLIDE COOKWARE WHEN USING ON A GLASS OR CERAMIC COOKTOP TO AVOID SCRATCHING OR CHIPPING THE COOKTOP SURFACE. PERIODICALLY, CHECK HANDLES AND KNOBS TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT LOOSE. IF LOOSE HANDLES OR KNOBS ARE ATTACHED WITH SCREWS, CAREFULLY RE-TIGHTEN THE SCREWS, MAKING SURE NOT TO OVER-TIGHTEN.
